Today is Missionary Sunday, each missionary is asked to pay $25.00.

Our Pastor will be preaching the 100th Church Anniversary for Smith Chapel A.M.E. Church (2406 Childs) at 3:30 p.m. on today, Jan. 29th. Ministers, choir, ushers and congregation urged to attend.

All monies from calendar sales are due today. Please report to Sis. Townsend. Also, all youth planning to attend the Youth & Young Adult Conference in Orlando, Fl. in July will need to pay the $100.00 registration fee to Sis. Townsend by Feb. 12th.

Domestic Violence Awareness Ministry: No Greater Love Event – "A Celebration of Healing – Mind, Body, and Spirit" will be at K. B. Polk Recreation Center on Feb. 11th at 10:30 a.m. Volunteers are needed!!! Please see our First Lady for details.

Our Annual Usher Program Feb. 12th. Each member is asked to pay $50.00.

Dallas District is sponsoring a Black History Month Celebration Feb. 25th. More details soon.

Our Pastor will be preaching today, Jan. 22nd at Bullock Chapel (3435 E. Overton Rd.) for their Annual Family & Friends Day at 3:00 p.m. Ministers, choir, ushers & congregation urged to attend.

DFW Usher Training @ Kirkwood on next Sat., Jan. 28th beginning at 9 a.m. Ushers are encouraged to attend. The National Usher President will be conducting the workshop.

Next Sunday is Missionary Sunday. Our 1st Lady, Sis. Hollingshed will bring the message at 10:45 a.m. service. Breakfast at 8:30 p.m. followed by Sunday School Roundup at 9:30 a.m.

Faith & Fitness Ministry Thurs. Jan. 5th @ 6:30 p.m. with Personal Trainer-Jimmy Houston of Heaven Bodies Fitness - $5.00 per class.

We will celebrate our Pastor's 14th year as our Shepherd on next Sunday, Jan. 8th. Each member is asked to give $14.00 as a love gift.

Local Usher meeting next Sun., Jan. 8th following morning service. All ushers are expected to attend. Business of importance.

Our Youth & Young Adults are still making preparation to attend the Youth & Young Adult Conference in Orlando, FL July 2-6. Their next fundraiser project with be at TBN on Jan. 17th from 6 p.m.-9 p.m. We are in need of at least 50 attendees to receive $1,000.00.

Our final round of Conference Budget Drive is today, Nov. 6th. You are asked to complete your Conference asking today so you may complete our Conference report ($150.00 each member).

Our youth will have a Sonic Night (Inwood & Cedar Springs) fundraiser on tomorrow, Nov. 7th from 5-7 p.m. Please come out and support our youth and they will be selling Cards for $5.00-we will receive 100% of the card profits. They are making preparation to attend the Youth & Young Adult Conference in Orlando, FL in July. Also, they will be selling calendars in the future.

Our Pastor will be preaching three-night Revival in Lubbock at Carter Temple this week (Nov. 8-10).
